Job Title -Channel Relations Manager
About the Role

You will build, manage, and expand relationships with external channel partners brokers, agencies, and property agents to drive sales and growth of real estate developments. This role combines partnership management, sales enablement, and strategic coordination. You will ensure channel partners are engaged, informed, and equipped to market and sell projects effectively, helping maximize reach, brand presence, and revenue through indirect sales channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Channel Partner Acquisition & Onboarding

    Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners (brokers, agents, agencies) to expand the partner network.

    Provide orientation, training, and materials to partners to ensure they understand project offerings, value propositions, and sales processes.

  • Partner Relationship Management & Support

    Maintain strong, long-term relationships with channel partners, acting as their primary point of contact.

    Offer ongoing support, guidance, and updates on projects to partners to help them market and sell effectively.

    Organize and manage partner engagement initiatives such as trainings, presentations, broker events, and property tours.

  • Sales Enablement & Collaboration

    Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and project teams to align launch strategies, marketing collateral, and promotional efforts with channel partner activities.

    Provide partners with up-to-date information on new projects, pricing, availability, payment plans, and other relevant details.

    Support partners in lead management, deal registration, and closing processes.

  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting

    Track and monitor channel partner performance: number of leads, deals closed, revenue contribution, and partner activity.

    Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management on partner performance, sales metrics, and channel effectiveness.

    Provide feedback to underperforming partners and work on improvement plans or re‑engagement strategies.

  • Market & Competitive Analysis

    Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and demand dynamics in the real estate market.

    Provide insights to internal teams to help shape sales strategies, product positioning, and channel partner targeting.

  • Channel Strategy & Growth

    Develop channel partner strategies to penetrate new markets or customer segments via indirect sales channels.

    Expand the partner network to include high‑potential agencies, brokers, and referral partners.

    Collaborate on incentive structures or partner programs to motivate channel partners and drive consistent performance.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 37 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or brokerage interface preferably within real estate development or property sales.
  • Proven experience working with external channel partners/brokers, managing partner relationships, and driving sales through indirect channels.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of real estate sales processes, off‑plan and ready properties, payment plans, and property documentation.
  • Ability to train, guide, and support external partners and act as a reliable point of contact.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple partners, deals, and data simultaneously.
  • Proficient in reporting, CRM or partner‑management tools, and sales tracking.
  • Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work in a dynamic real estate sales environment.
  • Valid UAE driving license and readiness to meet partners or attend events may be advantageous (if relevant).
