A real estate development company in Dubai seeks a Channel Relations Manager to build and manage relationships with external channel partners. This role involves recruiting and onboarding partners, sales enablement, and monitoring performance. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and 3+ years in channel sales or partner management, along with strong communication and organizational skills. You will build, manage, and expand relationships with external channel partners brokers, agencies, and property agents to drive sales and growth of real estate developments. This role combines partnership management, sales enablement, and strategic coordination. You will ensure channel partners are engaged, informed, and equipped to market and sell projects effectively, helping maximize reach, brand presence, and revenue through indirect sales channels.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners (brokers, agents, agencies) to expand the partner network.
Provide orientation, training, and materials to partners to ensure they understand project offerings, value propositions, and sales processes.
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with channel partners, acting as their primary point of contact.
Offer ongoing support, guidance, and updates on projects to partners to help them market and sell effectively.
Organize and manage partner engagement initiatives such as trainings, presentations, broker events, and property tours.
Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and project teams to align launch strategies, marketing collateral, and promotional efforts with channel partner activities.
Provide partners with up-to-date information on new projects, pricing, availability, payment plans, and other relevant details.
Support partners in lead management, deal registration, and closing processes.
Track and monitor channel partner performance: number of leads, deals closed, revenue contribution, and partner activity.
Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management on partner performance, sales metrics, and channel effectiveness.
Provide feedback to underperforming partners and work on improvement plans or re‑engagement strategies.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and demand dynamics in the real estate market.
Provide insights to internal teams to help shape sales strategies, product positioning, and channel partner targeting.
Develop channel partner strategies to penetrate new markets or customer segments via indirect sales channels.
Expand the partner network to include high‑potential agencies, brokers, and referral partners.
Collaborate on incentive structures or partner programs to motivate channel partners and drive consistent performance.
