Job description

We are looking for the Channel Marketing Manager-IA and DE System Integrators to play a pivotal role in driving the success of the EcoXpert and Alliance Partner Programs through strategic and innovative marketing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, sales teams, account managers, and external partners to develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns, enablement tools, and co-branded initiatives. Your mission: to elevate visibility, engagement, and performance across the EcoXpert and Alliance Partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Marketing Strategy

  • Design and implement the Channel GTM strategy in the cluster as agreed between the BU VPs.
  • Define and structure the 3Y Channel growth and saturation actions plan, AMSP and partner programs strategy and framework, including partner tiering, platforming, commercial policies, business and competency requirements, value proposition, and offer scope for the region.
  • Develop and implement regional marketing strategies to support partner recruitment, enablement, and growth, including transversal initiatives such as Segment Specialization, Partnering for Sustainability, Badges, process improvements to enhance consistency and efficiency in delivering Partner program benefits, customer retention and acquisition.
  • Collaborate with competency teams to ensure the local accuracy and availability of training assets, certification paths, and competency assessments.
  • Collaborate with global teams and badge leaders to benefit from best-in-class program guidelines, tools and support (EDCM, mySchneider content, Partner Program Guidebook, University Catalog…)

Campaign Development

  • Work closely with local Offering Managers and Global Marketing Business Partners to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, events, content, social media) to promote solutions and partner success stories.
  • Advocate for partner needs by developing content and toolkits to support HERO launches and contribute to value proposition and messaging.

Partner Enablement

  • Promote and manage marketing toolkits, co‑branding assets, and training materials to empower partners with go‑to‑market resources.
  • Ensure certifications & specializations trainings and updates are deployed and completed by partners.
  • Launch cross‑selling initiatives to increase Schneider Electric’s share of wallet within the Partner’s network.
  • Contribute to the design of a compelling and engaging digital partner journey.

Performance Tracking

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, partner engagement, satisfaction, and ROI using CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Ensure accurate tracking through EDCM and MySchneider platforms.
  • Follow and review the Sales execution.
  • Drive partner success and program recognition through marketing and demand generation programs.
  • Lead partner transformation toward digital and recurring service revenue models.
  • Support AMSP initiatives (Recruit, Convert, Sell More, Saturation, HERO launches) and assist countries in implementing marketing action plans and performance tracking.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Align messaging and ensure a consistent partner experience by working closely with product marketing, sales, and other channel managers.

Event Management

  • Support participation in trade shows, webinars, and partner events, including content development and logistics coordination.

Content Creation

  • Collaborate with content teams to produce compelling case studies, videos, blogs, and newsletters that showcase innovations and impact.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in channel marketing, partner programs, or B2B marketing—preferably in energy, automation, or technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and indirect sales models.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Deep understanding of industrial automation and digital building with a passion to learn and understand the portfolio.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Passion for sustainability, innovation, and partner success.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with the EcoXpert/Alliance Program or similar partner ecosystems.
  • Understanding of business model transformation and the rise of digital services.
  • Strong collaboration and networking abilities across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Customer‑first mindset with a focus on delivering excellent partner journeys.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions.
  • Strong business acumen and market intelligence.

Travel

This role will require approximately 15-20% travel.
