Job summary

Jing Hau is seeking an experienced Electrician for a role in Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAE. You will install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring and control systems, ensuring compliance with local codes and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has a certified electrical program and proven hands-on expertise with schematics, blueprints, and diagnostic equipment. You will work both independently and with a team on diverse projects across facilities.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Electrician.
Certificate from a recognized Electrical program.
Proficient knowledge of electrical wiring systems.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics and diagrams to determine installation or repair.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring, equipment, fixtures, and control systems in accordance with local building codes and safety regulations.
Troubleshooting electrical issues using testing devices such as voltage meters and ammeters.
Identifying potential hazards related to electrical systems.
Assembling and connecting cables/wires to circuit breakers/panels.
Installing control systems for machines.
Working with other electricians on large projects that involve multiple components.
