Job summary

RTC-1 Employment Services seeks a Certified Crane Operator / Heavy Equipment Operator to safely operate mobile cranes at our Abu Dhabi site in Al Dhafra. You will perform daily inspections and follow lifting plans and HSE requirements.

The role requires UAE crane operator certification, knowledge of load charts and signals, and at least 1 year of crane experience. You will work closely with riggers and site personnel on a full-time basis.

Qualifications

• Valid UAE-recognized Crane Operator certification.
• Strong knowledge of load charts, safe lifting practices, hand signals, equipment inspections, and HSE procedures.
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience operating cranes/heavy equipment.
• Must be willing to work/site-based in Al Dhafra, Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate mobile cranes for lifting, loading, unloading, shifting, and positioning materials.
• Perform daily pre-operation inspections and immediately report any mechanical issues.
• Execute lifting activities according to approved lifting plans, and HSE requirements.
• Coordinate closely with riggers, supervisors, and other site personnel during operations.
