We’re Hiring: Certification Program Associate – Global Market Access (Dubai) Are you ready to contribute to product compliance and global market access? We’re looking for a skilled professional to join our team and support key conformity assessment programs for Saudi Arabia under SASO’s Product Safety Program (Saleem).

Responsibilities
  • Ensure our operations and knowledge base comply with SASO requirements and technical regulations.
  • Translate complex regulatory frameworks into clear, actionable requirements for internal teams.
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SASO schemes—providing guidance, procedures, and training to global stakeholders.
  • Applies varied and moderately complex clerical procedures, methods, and techniques to support business functions and processes.
  • Works with team members on certification program related projects and supports projects and program related tasks as necessary.
  • Supports the creation of reports and documents for various projects and coordinates questions regarding processes and procedures.
  • Provides support for the operation of certification programs.
  • Actively participate in teams to continuously improve and drive quality into UL’s services to internal and external customers.
  • Supports the implementation of conformity assessment objectives and operational goals as directed.
  • Supports in the coordination of applications, scope expansions, and preparation for assessments and audits.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Saudi Arabia/SASO conformity assessment programs for Energy Efficiency, SASO IECEE Recognition, SASO Ex (Hazloc) Scheme.
  • Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17065 standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert regulations into actionable steps.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • English language skills to a professional level.
  • Arab language skills would be highly desirable.
