RAK Ceramics is seeking detail-oriented Quality Control Inspectors to monitor production lines and ensure tiles and sanitaryware meet our strict international export standards. This on-site role demands meticulous attention to quality in a high-volume manufacturing environment in the UAE.

Responsibilities include examining products as they exit kilns, performing calibrated tests in the on-site lab, isolating defects, and collaborating with operators to adjust temperatures and presses when defect

Qualifikationen

• At least two years of hands-on inspection experience in heavy manufacturing.
• High attention to detail and ability to stand for long durations.
• Basic computer proficiency for reporting tasks.

Aufgaben

• Examine ceramic products as they exit kilns to identify flaws.
• Perform calibrated stress and dimension tests in the on-site lab.
• Isolate defective materials and document root causes in the database.
• Collaborate with machine operators to adjust kiln temperatures and presses when defect rates spike.
