Position: CEO Middle East (Ride Hailing Vietnamese Company Expansion) – Location: Dubai UAE – Reporting to: Group CEO – Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the expansion and operations across the Middle East region. The company has already completed its legal setup and this role will be instrumental in launching full business operations, building local teams and ensuring strategic alignment with headquarters in Vietnam.

You will work alongside a cross‑functional team including a Back Office Director and a PMO to establish our operations, build local partnerships and execute business strategy. This position precedes the onboarding of country-level leadership (Country Managers), meaning the CEO will be responsible for laying the groundwork across multiple countries in the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities
