Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience as Service Supervisor-Cementing.
• Licensure to drive commercial equipment may be required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with others.
• Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee cementing service line work at the well site.
• Plan the job including crew instructions and equipment used; resolve disputes.
• Direct activities of service operators and prepare for the next job.
• Evaluate crew performance and train operators to improve performance.
• Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations.
