Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai is seeking a CCTV installation technician with 1–3 years of experience to install IP and Analog cameras, NVR/DVR systems, and related hardware on client sites. You will configure recording settings, perform site surveys, and coordinate with clients to ensure smooth handover, while maintaining safe and compliant cabling and power work.

• 1–3 years of experience in CCTV installation or ELV systems.
• Strong knowledge of IP/Analog cameras, NVR/DVR, cabling, and tools.
• Basic networking knowledge (routers, switches, Wi‑Fi).
• Ability to work independently on sites and complete installations on time.
• Good communication and customer‑handling skills.
• Knowledge of power supplies, connectors, crimping, drilling, and electrical basics.
• Experience with photography, videography, and simple graphic design is a plus.
• UAE experience preferred; must be willing to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• CCTV Installation — Install IP & Analog cameras, NVR/DVR systems, storage devices, and remote viewing setups.
• System Configuration — Configure cameras, recording settings, mobile app access, and network connectivity.
• Troubleshooting — Diagnose camera faults, replace components, fix wiring issues, and ensure stable recording.
• Structured Cabling — Perform Cat6 cabling, patch panel termination, cable dressing, and conduit work.
• Site Surveys — Conduct site inspections, identify camera locations, and prepare installation plans.
• Networking Support — Basic router/switch configuration for CCTV connectivity.
• Maintenance — Perform preventive maintenance, cleaning, firmware updates, and system health checks.
• Client Coordination — Communicate with clients, explain system usage, and provide after-installation support.
• Property Listing Support — Capture property photos/videos for listings, walkthrough videos, and basic editing.
• Videography & Graphics — Shoot and edit short videos, create simple graphics for marketing or property ads.
