Job summary

A leading luxury hotel chain in Dubai seeks a CCTV Operator to ensure security monitoring and management within the hotel. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star environment and possess a valid SIRA CCTV Operator License. Responsibilities include monitoring systems, liaising with authorities, and maintaining safety standards. This role operates on a shift basis, ensuring full coverage of the CCTV systems 24/7.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity in a 5-star hotel.
• Knowledge of operation of the CCTV system.
• SIRA CCTV Operator License is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor all systems within the control room.
• Liaise with police and service providers regarding system use.
• Conduct regular checks on field officers.
