A leading hotel in Ras al-Khaimah is seeking a Catering & Events Manager to oversee sales efforts and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include managing event production, maintaining client communication, and optimizing resources to meet sales goals. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in sales, possess outstanding communication skills, and have a strong commercial orientation. This role is crucial for ensuring successful events and maximizing revenue.

As a Catering & Events Manager you are responsible to oversee day to day sales efforts of Catering and Events department with specific responsibilities for directing sales, training and maintaining systems in view of achieving the departmental and hotel targets, whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as‑

You should be holding a bachelor degree in sales and be computer literate with effective and outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
The ideal candidate will be dynamic and a ‘finisher’ with an eye for detail and the ability to drive through solutions.
