Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related work experience.
• Experience with cash handling and basic audits is preferred.
• Familiarity with SOPs and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry.
• Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents.
• Record, store, and analyze computerized financial information.
• Complete period-end closing procedures and reports.
• Audit cashier banks and manage petty cash.
• Act as liaison between property and armored car or bank.
