The successful applicant will serve customers by processing cash, checks, and credit card payments; verifying information; and creating detailed transaction records.

The Cashier should be well-versed with basic arithmetic skills, as well as understand the principles of bookkeeping. They must also possess good communication skills along with excellent customer service attitude. The ability to build relationships with customers is a must for this position.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing assistance to customers in making purchases, as well as handling queries or complaints regarding payment transactions. They should also ensure that all transactions are documented appropriately and that all financial records are kept up-to-date. Moreover, they must ensure that all money received is accurately counted and recorded before being deposited into the organization’s accounts.
