Job summary

Bulgari Hotels & Resorts on Jumeirah Bay Island, Dubai, seeks a detail-oriented finance professional to ensure accuracy of figures, postings and documents, and to maintain confidential financial records in line with policies and procedures.

This full-time, non-management role collaborates with other departments to prepare and distribute financial reports, support period-end closings, and manage invoices and statements. A high school diploma and at least 1 year of related experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy.
• Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information using journals, ledgers, and/or computers.
• Prepare, maintain, audit, and distribute financial reports and tables.
• Complete period-end closing procedures and reports as specified.
• Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements according to company procedures.
