We are a busy retail store located in Dubai and we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and maintaining accurate records of sales and inventory. This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and issue receipts to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of daily transactions, including opening and closing balances.
• Assist in ensuring the store is clean and well-stocked at all times.
• Resolve customer complaints or upscale issues to the Store Manager when necessary.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, refunds, exchanges, etc.

Requirements

• Indian nationality preferred.
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
• Previous experience as a Cashier or in a similar role is required.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling.
