Responsibilities

• Organize for client related appointments (legal, medical etc.) and necessary paperwork.
• Conduct external client visits in coordination with the relevant departments and the line manager.
• Enter all client related data in the Case Management System.
• Forward all new updates on cases to the line manager.
• Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly and annual reports pertaining to clients.
