Job summary

Khaled Almarri and Partners in the UAE seeks an experienced Case Handler to support our Litigation Practice. You will assist the Litigation Partner and team with procedures and follow-ups before UAE Courts including Court of First Instance, Court of Appeal, Court of Cassation and Execution Court, as well as inquiries with government authorities.

The role requires at least 7 years of UAE experience, prior Emirati law firm exposure, and authorization from Dubai Legal Affairs Department or Dubai

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Case Handler in the UAE.
• Prior experience working in an Emirati law firm is required.
• Authorization from Dubai Legal Affairs Department and/or Dubai Courts is required.
• Proven track record of handling cases before Dubai Courts.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (Urdu optional) is a must.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Litigation Partner with procedures and follow-ups before UAE Courts (First Instance, Appeals, Cassation, Execution).
• Represent and coordinate with Police Stations, Public Prosecutor, Notaries and other authorities in the UAE.
• Liaise with clients, Courts and authorities to ensure timely, accurate case handling.
• Maintain precise case-file records and Court date calendars.
• Provide real-time input to improve efficiency of the litigation practice.

We are currently seeking an experienced Case Handler to join our team and support our Litigation Practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and assist Litigation Partner and our existing team with procedures and follow-ups before various UAE Courts – Court of First Instance; Court of Appeal; Court of Cassation and Execution Court in the UAE.


• Handle and assist Our Firm’s clients before various: Police Stations, Public Prosecutor’s Office, Notary Public and other relevant Government Authorities in the UAE.


• Liaise with clients, Courts, and Government Authorities to ensure timely and accurate case handling and assistance to our firms clients.


• Maintain accurate records of case files and Court dates.


• Provide ground level in real time inputs to further strengthen and optimize the efficiency of our litigation practice.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Case Handler in the UAE.


• Prior experience working in an Emirati law firm is a must.


• Prior or existing authorization from Dubai Legal Affairs Department and/or Dubai Courts is a must.


• Proven track record of handling cases before Dubai Courts.


• Bilingual proficiency (Arabic & English/Urdu) is a must.


• Strong organizational and communication skills.


• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced legal environment.
