Job summary

Top Zenith is seeking skilled carpenters with 3–5 years of residential/commercial experience in Dubai. The role involves interpreting architectural plans, measuring and cutting to spec, and installing flooring, stairs, trim and related elements to deliver high-quality finishes.

The ideal candidate will hold a high school diploma or equivalent with vocational training, OSHA 30 certification, and a proven track record of accurate carpentry work. UAE experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship completion is highly advantageous.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in residential and/or commercial construction carpentry.
• Ability to read and interpret complex architectural plans and technical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan and execute construction projects, ensuring specifications are met.
• Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials with precision using hand and power tools.
• Assemble and erect frameworks, scaffolding, and other structural components for buildings and structures.
• Install and repair flooring, stairs, trim, and other architectural elements, ensuring a high-quality finish.
