The successful candidate will be responsible for building, repairing, and installing furniture, fixtures, and other wood-based structures.

Additional responsibilities may include measuring and cutting materials; sanding; operating power tools; assembling furniture; installing frames, doors, windows, stairs, and other structures; as well as reading blueprints.

The successful candidate should have a basic understanding of carpentry tools and equipment as well as experience with hand tools such as saws, chisels, hammers, planes, drills etc.

They should be able to read technical drawings and have strong problem-solving skills. Attention to detail is essential in this position.
