Al Saqer Property Management is seeking a skilled Carpenter to layout, install, repair, finish, and maintain various structures and fixtures as part of our facilities maintenance team in the UAE. The role supports the Facilities Engineer in designing, measuring, and cutting materials per ASPM requirements.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, measuring and shaping materials, installing frameworks and fixtures, and collaborating with architects and contractors to meet project

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years carpentry experience in facilities or property maintenance.
• Vocational certification or apprenticeship in carpentry.
• Physically fit with the ability to perform manual tasks and lift heavy materials.

Responsabilités

• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or design plans.
• Measure, cut, and shape wood, metal, or other materials. Use hand and power tools, such as saws, drills, and sanders, to create or modify structures.
• Assemble and install framework, cabinets, shelves, doors, and other wooden or metal components.
• Install or repair building fixtures, such as windows, stairs, or molding.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other tradespeople to ensure project specifications are met.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site, promoting a safe working environment for all team members.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and time spent on each project.
