Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Carpenter or Furniture Maker.
• Excellent knowledge of woodworking techniques and methods.

• Sand and finish completed furniture pieces to ensure smooth surfaces.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.

Carpenter - Furniture Maker

Our company in Ajman is seeking a skilled Carpenter - Furniture Maker to join our team. This position is suitable for men of any nationality with or without experience, as long as they have a passion for carpentry and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Construct, install, and repair furniture using various types of wood and other materials
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine requirements
• Measure and mark cutting lines on materials, using rulers, marking gauges, or computers
• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools to cut, shape, and form pieces according to specifications
• Assemble furniture components using glue, screws, dowels or other fasteners
• Sand and finish completed furniture pieces to ensure smooth surfaces

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Carpenter or Furniture Maker

• Physical stamina to handle long hours of standing, bending, lifting heavy materials
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
