Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring and mobility assistance
• Monitor vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature etc., as well as client's overall condition
• Develop recreational activities based on client's needs and interests
• Prepare healthy meals according to dietary requirements
• Provide companionship by engaging in conversations with clients
• Administer or assist with medications or treatments prescribed by medical professionals
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals involved in client’s care
• Report any changes in client's condition according to established procedures

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; CNA license preferred but not necessary
