Responsibilities:

• Provide daily assistance with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Administer medications according to prescribed schedules
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding
• Engage in stimulating activities and exercises with the elderly individual
• Monitor and report any changes in the individual's physical or mental condition
