About the Role

To ensure accurate and timely entry, maintenance, and validation of operational and financial data into the SAP system to support business decision‑making through reliable and updated records in alignment with organisational standards.

Activities

• Responsible for entering and updating operational and financial data (including inventory, transactions, and customer records) in the SAP system to maintain accurate and current databases.
• Organizes and manages digital and physical records systematically to ensure easy retrieval and secure access.
• Conducts regular quality control reviews on input data and initiates corrections where necessary to maintain data accuracy.
• Ensures all SAP entries are aligned with internal controls, audit requirements, and reporting timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounts or Management.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Data Entry Operator in an SAP environment.
• Good mathematical and analytical skills.
