Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions to guide students on academic pathways subject selections and career opportunities.
• Support students in preparing for higher education admissions (UAE and international universities).
• Conduct career guidance workshops seminars and assessments for students and parents.
• Assist in organizing university fairs guest lectures and internship/placement opportunities.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to align counseling with students academic strengths and goals.
• Maintain updated knowledge on university admission requirements scholarships and global education trends.
• Offer personal development and soft skills training (e.g. communication time management study skills).

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors/Masters Degree in Psychology Counseling or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Career Counselor in UAE.
• Strong knowledge of global university application processes (UAE UK USA Canada India and others).
• Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Certifications in career counseling/psychometric testing will be an added advantage.
