Qualifications

  • Strong experience in distributor-led sales models, forecasting, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth, sales targets, and market share expansion for cardiovascular therapies.
  • Set, monitor, and deliver annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Lead sales forecasting, demand planning, and inventory management.
  • Manage and optimize distributor performance.
  • Develop and execute pricing and go-to-market strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs and key customers.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
