About Wynn Al Marjan Island: On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in spring 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About the Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Card Inventory Manager to join the resort’s Card Room team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily Card Room operations, including preparation, issuance, and collection of playing cards and related materials.
  • Oversee inventory management: ordering, receiving, tracking, and secure storage of cards and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records using the Card Tracking System (CTS) and manual logs.
  • Inspect cards for quality and integrity; authorize removal of compromised items.
  • Develop and enforce policies to ensure compliance with gaming regulations and internal controls.
  • Collaborate with Table Games, Surveillance, and Compliance teams to ensure operational integrity.
  • Prepare operational and compliance reports for senior management.
  • Manage scheduling and staffing to meet business needs.
  • Maintain the Card Room to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and security.
  • Serve as the main contact for card procurement vendors.
  • Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and guest-focused service.
About You
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 5–7 years’ experience in casino operations, inventory control, or related field, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong knowledge of gaming equipment handling, inventory systems, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CTS or other inventory tracking systems is an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must meet all regulatory requirements for licensing and compliance.
