Job summary

A tier-1 management consulting firm in the UAE seeks an experienced procurement specialist focused on CAPEX for optimizing procurement processes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3-10 years of consulting experience, ideally in a top consulting firm. Responsibilities include defining procurement strategies and managing vendor relations. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred. The role requires relocation to Abu Dhabi, UAE, with immediate availability for either a temporary or permanent engagement.

Qualifications

• 3-10 years of consulting experience with a focus on procurement or supply chain management.
• Proven track record in procurement process redesign and digitalization.
• Previous experience in a Top Consulting Firm ideally Tier-1/2.

Responsibilities

• Define procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Quotations (RFQs).
• Develop and negotiate long-term contracts with suppliers.
