Job summary

An innovative IT solutions provider in Dubai is looking for an administrator to manage the CAFM System. The role includes user training, coordinating system changes, and ensuring compliance with CAFM policy. Candidates should have a degree in Information Technology and solid Microsoft Office proficiency, along with strong organizational and communication skills. Qualifications

  • Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and related tools.
  • Knowledge of any programming language is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Support the overall administration of the CAFM System.
  • Assist in training Helpdesk Operators and other users.
  • Generate and distribute reports as needed.
  • Document and enforce compliance with CAFM policy.
