Job Specification:

Assist in the preparation, organization, and operation of the external areas, facilities, and guest services of the Golf Department.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in managing the external areas, facilities, and guest services of the Golf Department, demonstrating flexibility to support team members across different tasks as needed.

• Bag Drop Off & Collection Area: Meet and greet guests, assist with transportation of golf equipment, provide club cleaning, and ensure the area is maintained to high standards.
• Cart Rental Area: Ensure carts are clean, charged, and available; drive carts safely; report damages; assist guests with cart operation.
• Driving Range: Greet guests, maintain facilities and equipment, assist with rentals, and ensure security and maintenance of the range.
• Tournament and 1st Tee Organization: Greet guests, manage starting times, assist with tournament organization, and enforce golf rules.
