Job summary

Etihad Airways is seeking energetic Cabin Crew to join our expanding team in Abu Dhabi. You will represent Etihad in the sky, delivering world‑class service, ensuring guest safety, and helping guests feel at home. A clear path toward Cabin Senior awaits high performers.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 years.
• Minimum height 163 cm.
• High school diploma (Grade 12 or equivalent).
• Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• No visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the Etihad Cabin Crew uniform.
• Ambitious, passionate and excited by a travel lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Represent Etihad in the sky and create extraordinary guest experiences.
• Maintain guest safety and comfort to high service standards.
• Progress along a defined career path from Cabin Crew to Cabin Senior.
• Provide relocation support and assist new joiners with on arrival housing.

What we’re looking for:

• At least 21 years old


• At least 163cm tall


• A high school graduate (Grade 12 or equivalent)


• Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are an advantage)


• No visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the Etihad Cabin Crew uniform


• Ambitious, passionate and excited by a travel lifestyle

What you’ll earn

Tax-free salary: Earn up to AED 10,000 per month, including additional pay for flight hours and layovers, depending on your roster.
