Sales Consultant
Reporting to Sales Manager
Job Objective: To guarantee ample as well as efficient assistance is readily available with maximum performance, precision & usefulness available division to achieve the desired result.
Responsibilities
- Accomplish regular monthly/ quarterly sales targets.
 - Complete all paperwork related to selling residential or commercial property.
 - Create a healthy pipeline of potential customers & leads for target markets and markets through market knowledge, research and customer relationship.
 - Follow up on all paperwork and ensure that exact details are available.
 - Input all prospective leads, customer details, sales, and related information into the sales system & CRM.
 - Execute reliable networking within the community and generate leads within the designated locations.
 - Collaborate for the release of promotions in newspapers and attend requests for promoted properties.
 - Prepare regular monthly competitive survey reports and assess realty market trends and conditions in the area.
 - Address client comments, suggestions, and market trends.
 - Maintain accurate documents of all deals & communications with clients.
 - Respond to all online or telephone inquiries professionally and promptly.
 - Work closely with the sales team to monitor division development and craft sales strategies accordingly.
 - Perform any other duties as designated by the department head.
 
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in an appropriate field or equivalent experience.
 - At least 5 years of experience, with minimum 3 years in a position with similar duties at a leading real estate company.
 - Understanding of local and regional legal environment.
 - Knowledge of property sales and lettings law.
 - Commercial awareness; mathematical abilities.
 - Confidence & maturity; ability to motivate trust and confidence in customers and purchasers.
 - Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
 - Ability to work under pressure.
