Sales Associate - POSITION GOAL -. The placement is responsible to represent the brand by making the most of and also adding to the sales within the store via remarkable client service as well as retail experience.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet the clients and assist them in choosing the best product.
- Convert window shoppers to best buyers.
- Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program of the firm for repeat sales.
- Serve Customers with the highest possible standards and follow the business standard of selling (GUEST – Greet, Understand, Explain, Offer, Give Thanks To).
- Be upgraded regarding the various brands of the team for suggestive marketing to the customers.
- Grooming/Appearance/Expertise: be presentable and clean at all times.
- Flexible to work for extended hours throughout the sale period.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and ensure very little stock loss.
- Adhere to SOP & Loss Avoidance Plans.
- Merchandise: ensure all stock is laid out and presented to attract customers and as per standard layout guidelines; ensure VM guidelines are adhered to and stock norms on clearance are preserved.
- Process: handle the POS (Point of Sale)/ Payment Counter; balance cash in the till at the start/end of shifts; issue invoices/refunds/change to customers properly; process payments by cash, credit card, coupons, or EFT; ensure awareness and caution regarding shop safety at all times.
