The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
2–3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, butler services, guest relations, or facilities operations within high-end hotels, private residences, or premium service environments.
Strong leadership and operational skills, with a solid understanding of health & safety standards, service excellence, and day-to-day coordination of staff, maintenance, and guest requirements.
Highly organized and discreet professional with excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and resilience in fast-paced, service-driven environments.
