At InterContinental Residences Abu Dhabi, we believe that exceptional service is not just a promise — it’s a way of life. We are seeking a refined, attentive, and service-oriented Butler to join our prestigious Residences team and deliver bespoke experiences to our long-stay and VIP residents.

As a Butler, you will serve as the main point of contact for our residents, offering personalized assistance and ensuring every request is anticipated with grace, discretion, and efficiency. From arranging in-residence dining and housekeeping coordination to assisting with personal errands and special occasions, your role is to make every moment seamless and memorable.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly do:

  • Provide personalized and professional service to residents, anticipating their preferences and needs.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Arrange in-residence experiences such as dining, laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance requests.
  • Welcome new residents and provide orientation to property facilities and services.
  • Handle residents’ special requests and manage their daily itineraries or appointments when required.
  • Maintain complete confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of discretion.
  • Ensure all interactions reflect the InterContinental brand standards and Forbes service culture.

What we need from you:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Butler or Guest Relations professional in a luxury hotel, residence, or private estate.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for delivering luxury service.
  • Exceptional grooming standards and professional presentation.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Attention to detail, flexibility, and a proactive service mindset.
