Job description

We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Support Specialist to play a key role in ensuring smooth operations across coordination, payroll, contractor management, and internal administration. This role supports both the business and our consultants, acting as the central point of contact for various operational functions.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate client processes including work order creation, PO follow-ups, invoicing, and documentation.
  • Manage credit control by tracking payments and working closely with finance to ensure timely collections.
  • Support with end-to-end payroll processing, including timesheets, payslips, salary certificates, and payroll transactions.
  • Oversee invoice preparation, submission, and follow-ups to maintain a healthy cash flow.
  • Manage visa sponsorship processes, liaising with sponsors and PROs for onboarding, documentation, and compliance.
  • Lead onboarding and offboarding for contractors, including documentation, timesheets, EOSB, and general support.
  • Support RFQ submissions and vendor registrations to maintain client eligibility.
  • Manage daily office operations, HR onboarding, medical insurance setup, and employee support systems.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Detail-oriented with strong coordination and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable handling multiple stakeholders
  • Prior experience in operations, HR support, or contractor management is a plus
