A business consultancy firm is looking for a confident and results-driven Business Setup Consultant/Sales Adviser in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' sales experience, preferably in business setup services, and be fluent in both English and Arabic. Responsibilities include managing sales inquiries, consulting clients on company formation, and building long-term client relationships. A supportive work environment and professional training are offered, along with a fixed salary of AED 2,000 – 3,000 plus commissions.

We are hiring a confident and results‑driven Business Setup Consultant / Sales Adviser to join our team in Ajman. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and Arabic, have a strong sales background, and be capable of advising clients on UAE business setup services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries
  • Consult clients on company formation, trade licenses, visas, and related services
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
  • Build and maintain long‑term client relationships
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing
Requirements
  • Minimum2 years of sales experience(business setup experience preferred)
  • Languages:English & Arabic (mandatory)
  • Preferred:Female candidates
  • Education:Bachelor’s degree completed
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Currentlyresiding in Ajman
  • Willing totravel to Dubai for approximately 1 monthfor training
  • Own visa is mandatory(only apply if you have your own visa)
