Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, law, or related field; professional certifications in consulting or business advisory are an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret regulations, assess business requirements, and propose suitable setup options.
• Excellent communication to explain complex processes clearly and build trust with diverse clients.
• Knowledge of UAE business setup regulations, free zone and mainland frameworks, and relevant government procedures.
• Proven client-facing experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and process tracking.

The advisor will guide clients through company formation and business setup processes, including mainland and free zone options, licensing requirements, and regulatory compliance. Daily tasks include conducting consultations, assessing client needs, preparing documentation, coordinating with government and regulatory authorities, and tracking application progress. The role involves advising on residency and visa solutions, sponsorship arrangements, and related corporate structuring matters, while ensuring clear communication and timely updates to clients. The advisor will collaborate with internal teams to provide integrated services and maintain accurate records, contributing to efficient and professional client experiences.
