Job description

• Manage the end-to-end company formation process for mainland, free zone, and offshore entities.
• Provide expert guidance on business setup in Dubai Mainland and Free Zones, including SPC, SHAMS, RAKEZ, MEYDAN, IFZA, DMCC, DIFC, ADGM, etc.
• Handle visa applications (mainland, free zone, Golden Visa) efficiently.
• Prepare and process company amendments with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Draft professional business emails and maintain accurate records in Microsoft Excel.
• Develop tailored business proposals using the company’s automated proposal tools.
• Meet with clients to assess business needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Liaise with government authorities, free zone bodies, and stakeholders to ensure smooth setups and approvals.
• Monitor application progress and follow up with relevant agencies for timely license issuance.
• Suggest continuous improvements to internal setup and documentation processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1+ years’ experience as a Business Setup Advisor or Consultant in the UAE.
• Proven expertise in UAE company formation — mainland, free zone, and offshore.
• Solid understanding of UAE licensing requirements and regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and business setup portals.
• Strong English communication skills — both written and verbal.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive and solution-driven mindset.
