The Business Relations Associate (B2B) role is focused on boosting sales, developing new business areas, and meeting monthly targets by proactively responding to leads from channel partners, creating a robust sales pipeline, forming strategic partnerships, onboarding new channel partners, and reactivating dormant and inactive channel partners.
Key Accountabilities
- Achieve consistent high sales performance by meeting monthly GP targets, effectively converting leads into sales, and reactivating dormant and inactive channel partners.
- Manage channel partner account portfolios by offering advice on optimal business setups and delivering excellent customer service to enhance satisfaction.
- Maintain and regularly update details in the CRM system to ensure efficient opportunity tracking and pipeline management.
- Provide clear and timely support for channel partner license applications, including gathering required documentation and explaining the application process.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the UAE business setup market to build credibility and serve as a trusted information source for clients.
- Build strong relationships with referral sources, pursue growth opportunities, and keep clients informed of application status and any issues, in collaboration with account managers and compliance teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned channel partners to ensure engagement, loyalty, and consistent performance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner queries, escalations, and support needs.
- Provide guidance, training, and regular updates to partners on products, services, and policies.
- Support the onboarding of new channel partners by ensuring all documentation, agreements, and profiles are completed accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, applications, and transactions.

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
- 1-2 + years of sales experience.
- Proficiency in using CRM software.
- Strong customer service skills and data management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills for effective client interactions.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues.
- Effective time management and organizational abilities.
