  • Contribute to the creation and delivery of training programs, internal communications, and awareness campaigns on compliance and ethical behavior.
  • Monitor business processes and transactions to detect potential compliance gaps, emerging risks, or irregularities.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to strengthen internal controls and enhance risk mitigation strategies.
  • Track and analyze compliance‑related incidents and risk indicators; prepare periodic reports for senior leadership.
  • Provide guidance and support to internal teams on compliance‑related questions and regulatory obligations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, Accounting, or a related field. Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CCEP, CCEP‑I) are highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in compliance, investigations, or risk management roles.
  • Knowledge of global compliance frameworks such as the FCPA, UK Bribery Act, Sanctions Regimes, and similar international standards.
