Role Purpose
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Integrity Analyst to support organizational efforts in promoting ethical conduct, ensuring regulatory compliance, and strengthening a culture of integrity and transparency. This role will assist in managing compliance risks, enhancing policy frameworks, and supporting investigations—while playing a key role in enabling responsible, values-aligned decision‑making across global operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company’s compliance and integrity frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Assist in identifying and assessing compliance risks, particularly related to anti‑bribery, anti‑corruption, sanctions, and other regulatory areas.
- Conduct third‑party due diligence on vendors, partners, and service providers to identify and mitigate potential integrity risks.
- Support the investigation of misconduct, fraud, and policy violations, ensuring fair, thorough, and impartial outcomes.
- Contribute to the creation and delivery of training programs, internal communications, and awareness campaigns on compliance and ethical behavior.
- Monitor business processes and transactions to detect potential compliance gaps, emerging risks, or irregularities.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to strengthen internal controls and enhance risk mitigation strategies.
- Track and analyze compliance‑related incidents and risk indicators; prepare periodic reports for senior leadership.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams on compliance‑related questions and regulatory obligations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, Accounting, or a related field. Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CCEP, CCEP‑I) are highly desirable.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in compliance, investigations, or risk management roles.
- Knowledge of global compliance frameworks such as the FCPA, UK Bribery Act, Sanctions Regimes, and similar international standards.
- Experience working with compliance management systems and/or data analysis tools.
- Exposure to compliance‑related work in high‑risk jurisdictions is a strong advantage.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to interpret how regulatory requirements affect business operations.
