The ideal candidate must have over 5 years of B2B IT sales experience, strong knowledge of Microsoft licensing, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

Are you passionate about driving cloud adoption and helping businesses unlock the power of Microsoft solutions? Were looking for a Business Development / Sales Manager to join our growing team.

Target Market: UAE

What Youll Do :

Develop new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline through outreach, networking, and partnerships.

Pitch Microsoft 365, Azure, and Security solutions bundled with our managed services (migration, support, helpdesk, security).

Collaborate with Microsoft distributors (Logicom, Ingram, Redington, etc.) for pricing and deal registrations.

Manage customer accounts, ensuring renewals and growth opportunities.

Deliver on sales targets and contribute to regional revenue growth.

What We're Looking For :

5+ years of B2B IT sales or business development experience (Microsoft Cloud / Managed Services preferred).

Strong knowledge of Microsoft licensing (M365, Azure, ).

Experience working with CSP distributors is a plus.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

A self-driven professional with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
