A staffing consultancy is looking for a Business Development Specialist to initiate client contacts and secure meetings. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in B2B sales or lead generation, with a background in management consulting. This role is fully remote across the GCC. A commission-based engagement is offered, aimed at attracting qualified candidates.
Client > Consulting Company specialized in staffing Independent Consultants
Ideal Candidate > The Ideal Candidates (He/She) has typically 5–10 years of experience in business development sales or client relationship management within a consulting professional services or technology advisory environment. Also young profiles with good experience in selling Corporates services could be considered for the position;
The Role > Initiating contact with potential clients securing introductory meetings and opening new relationship channels for partners or account managers to convert into Sales
Tasks/Responsibilities > Research target sectors, companies and key decision-makers (CEOs, CHROs, CIOs, CFOs, Procurement Heads, etc.); Build and maintain a database of potential clients; Conduct proactive outreach via phone calls, email, LinkedIn and professional networks; Present Company services in a concise credible way; Secure qualified meetings between target clients and senior consultants or partners; Confirm interest level and ensure meeting relevance (budget authority, need, timing); Manage follow-ups and confirmations until the first appointment is completed; Assess the client’s potential needs; Classify leads as “hot”, “warm” or “cold” for prioritization and handover; Maintain periodic communication to secure the relationship; Develop suggestions to increase the business
Requirements > 1) 10 years of experience in B2B business development inside sales or lead generation; HR Dept background; 2) ideal with a past in Management Consulting Digital transformation services but also with effective roles in Corporate Sales B2B; 3) Demonstrated success in cold outreach, appointment setting and pipeline building for the business; 4) Ability to identify target companies, map decision-makers and research client contexts; 5) Skilled in LinkedIn email sequences and phone outreach with a professional tone; 6) interest in growing in a professional context.
Workload/Location Fully remote everywhere in GCC
