Education and experience requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or Law
• Professional insurance qualifications preferred (e.g. CII / ACII / FOR / AllI / ANZIIF)
• Formal training in claims management or loss adjusting is an advantage

Minimum level of experience and/or on the job training

• Minimum 5-10 years' experience in insurance, loss adjusting, claims handling, underwriting, or insurance broking
• Prior hands on exposure to claims handling or loss adjusting assignments is essential.
• Familiarity with loss adjusting reports, service standards, and turnaround requirements.
• Collection skills for manging the portfolio.
