We are a new, fast-growing logistics company seeking a driven professional who can both win new business and independently manage shipments from start to finish. This role blends business development, client servicing, vendor coordination, pricing, quotations, and operational execution. As an early member of the team, you’ll have real influence, ownership, and room to grow with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and grow a personal client portfolio across the UAE, GCC, and Levant Region.
- Identify new business opportunities, build relationships, and negotiate deals.
- Request rates from transporters, shipping lines, warehouses, and service providers.
- Prepare and send accurate quotations and commercial proposals.
- Handle awarded shipments end-to-end: bookings, documentation, coordination, tracking, and delivery.
- Communicate proactively with clients regarding status updates, challenges, and timelines.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely execution and service quality.
- Maintain CRM records, pipelines, pricing files, and operational documentation.
- Support management with ad-hoc commercial or operational tasks as required.
Reporting Structure
This role reports directly to the Owner and Managing Partner, enabling fast decision-making, mentorship, and high visibility within the company.

Skills
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the UAE transport, shipping, or logistics industry (mandatory).
- Existing knowledge of UAE logistics processes, rates, GCC trucking, port operations, and customs.
- Proven track record in business development, key account management, or commercial sales.
- Experience managing operations and clients independently—A to Z ownership.
- Strong vendor network (transporters, warehouses, shipping lines, brokers, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask under pressure.
- Fluency in both Arabic & English required.
- UAE driving license & car preferred.
