Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets in the water treatment sector.
  • Identify and pursue new clients, markets, and business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate understanding of client requirements.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Represent the company in meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and closure of sales leads.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in business development or sales (UAE experience preferred).
  • Experience in the water treatment industry is mandatory.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent networking and relationship‑building abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.
Candidate Profile – Business Development Manager (Water Treatment)
  • Proven background in business development or sales within the water treatment / wastewater / RO / chemical dosing systems sector.
  • Strong understanding of industrial and commercial water treatment solutions, processes, and client requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Skilled in proposal preparation, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and professional report writing.
  • Possesses a UAE Driving License (preferred) and willingness to travel for client meetings.
