As a Business Development Manager, you will be a driven individual who thrives working in a fast-paced (relationship-driven) environment. You will drive the acquisition of new clients by reaching out to targeted clients, dealing with incoming enquiries, and using your initiative to open up other sales opportunities.

In this role, you will:
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new real estate brokerage clients through a mix of cold calling, networking, industry events and referral networks.
  • Alongside the senior BDM, develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to grow our presence in the UAE real estate market.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress through the CRM to conclusion.
  • Deliver persuasive product presentations and demos tailored to the specific needs of prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a smooth handover to onboarding and customer success teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the property market and our competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with wider PM team to provide client feedback/suggestions and also insight into market sentiment and competitor activity.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Be flexible and assist other teams/departments as the need arises.
