We are seeking a highly driven and well-connected Arabic-speaking Business Development Manager to lead and expand our Fit‑Out and Contracting Division in the UAE market.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in interior design, fit‑out, or construction, with the ability to develop new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and deliver sustainable growth. This role demands a proactive leader who can represent the company with professionalism, manage high-level relationships, and drive results in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the company’s client base and market presence across the UAE.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the interior design, fit‑out, and contracting sectors.
- Establish and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients, consultants, real estate developers, and contractors.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, potential clients, and emerging business segments.
- Lead the preparation and delivery of client presentations, proposals, and commercial bids in collaboration with internal design and project teams.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional departments to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility.
- Oversee the entire client engagement process— from initial contact to project closure and contract signing.
- Provide strategic insights, sales reports, and forecasts to management for informed decision‑making.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the fit‑out, construction, or real estate industries.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong strategic planning, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing revenue targets.
- Excellent networking and relationship‑building abilities with key industry stakeholders.
- Highly self‑motivated, result‑oriented, and capable of leading independently.
- Must hold a valid UAE driving license and have access to personal transportation.
