Role Overview

As a Business Development Manager with my client, the individual will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by sourcing and nurturing new prospects. This role is best suited for self‑starters with initiative and determination to succeed. Effective communication skills are essential, as the individual will be responsible for articulating the benefits of the services to potential clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Source new prospects through various mediums.
  • Contact prospects via telephone to introduce the business and schedule appointments.
  • Promptly follow up on company‑provided leads and handle them effectively.
  • Manage calendars and diaries to arrange meetings at suitable times.
  • Maintain relationships with prospects throughout the sales process.
  • Follow up with third parties involved in the sales process.
  • Meet and exceed company KPIs and targets.
Key Requirements
  • Solid interest in building or advancing a career in Financial Services.
  • Willingness to learn and strive for a minimum of Level 4 qualification.
