We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager / Marketing Manager to join our team for international Oil & Gas EPC projects. The role will be responsible for driving market expansion, building client relationships, and supporting the company’s strategic growth in the MENA and Central Asia regions.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the oil & gas EPC sector, including upstream, midstream, and downstream projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, government entities, and key stakeholders.
  • Drive regional market expansion and new segment penetration.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support business strategies and tender opportunities.
  • Prepare, review, and deliver high-quality business proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with internal technical and commercial teams for bid and proposal process, working cross-functionally with technical and commercial teams.
  • Track and manage the project pipeline, ensuring timely updates and accurate reporting to senior management.
  • Represent the company in external forums, industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events, ensuring the company’s profile, reputation, and integrity are upheld and enhanced at all times.
  • Support the implementation of corporate branding, marketing campaigns, and digital promotion strategies.
Qualifications
